By placing an order with TCandle HomeMade, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this email, please contact us. Within 24 hours, a representative will contact you by phone to confirm the order and discuss product details, production timelines, delivery, and payment.
Then, we will begin preparing and delivering your order.
If after the phone conversation your requirements cannot be met or you change your mind, the order may be canceled by mutual agreement. Orders confirmed by phone cannot be canceled. After the parcel is handed over to the courier, you will receive an email with details about the order and delivery status.
Personal Data Security
The data provided in the order form will be used exclusively to confirm orders and inform you about promotions or news. We are committed to protecting this information and never disclose or sell it to third parties.
Product Returns
According to legislation in force (OUG 34/2014, art. 16, c), personalized products cannot be returned.
Returns are accepted only if products show major discrepancies from those presented on the site (color, size). Please contact us for clarifications if you have doubts about colors or sizes.
Returns are not accepted for products made to customer specifications or distinctly personalized.
If you wish to cancel a purchase, you must notify us in writing on email within 14 calendar days of receiving the product. The returned product must be in perfect condition, including packaging, without signs of wear or use. Returns are done via courier, and transport costs are borne by the client.
Please contact us before sending products at contact@tc-homemade.ro, indicating the order number and attaching photos that justify the return. Within 10 days of receiving the return, we will refund the order amount by bank transfer.
Images and Descriptions
All product photos are made by TCandle HomeMade and are our property. Their use for purposes other than site information is prohibited.
We reserve the right to change product prices and descriptions displayed on the site without prior notice.
Although we strive for accuracy, we do not assume responsibility for printing or display errors, which we try to correct as quickly as possible.
Handmade products may have slight size variations, and colors may vary depending on monitor and photo device settings. These minor differences do not affect the quality and uniqueness of each candle.
If a product is missing or defective in the package, please notify us immediately – we will replace the product and cover all transport costs.
Payment and Delivery
The minimum order in our store is 100 lei.
Delivery is by express courier or personal delivery. Payment can be made on delivery or by bank transfer (for Bucharest) and bank transfer for the rest of the country. For custom orders, a 30% deposit of the total value is required.
For large quantity orders, please understand that production time cannot be reduced because products are entirely handmade. Optimal quality requires respecting all steps: pouring, drying, lacquering, etc.
Transport costs are borne by the client. For parcels under 2 kg, the transport fee is fixed at 30 lei. For heavier parcels, costs will be calculated afterward.
